Club Assembly – 7/15/10

July 15, 2010 by Emily Greenwood

In Rotary a club assembly is when the members get together to discuss the status of the club. What’s going on, what do we have for funds, upcoming events, etc. President Lynn led the club assembly today with a discussion of the new committee’s she will be submitting and some of the items upcoming for the year. Discussions included about Marlborough Rotary attending events over Labor Day weekend for the Marlborough 350th celebration.  Also we had an update on our Rotary BBQ scheduled for July 25th from 12-6, tickets are $13.00. Please contact Ron Stokes or Elaine McDonald as we need a count 7 days before the event.  This is a family of Rotary event so bring the family!
